We assess the quality of construction, check documents and reputation, and purchase analytics on global real estate and specific regional properties to cross-check data and provide the investor with an accurate picture. We consciously incur these costs to ensure the safety and profitability of your investment.
Why is your service paid?
We pre-select only safe and profitable properties, excluding risky options through a thorough verification process. We pay specialists who ensure the quality of your future deal. Sometimes, during the verification, we realize that we cannot work with a developer. In this case, we invest our time and money in something we will never offer to you. The payment for our services guarantees that we focus solely on your benefit, not on the developer's commission.
Is it necessary to come for the transaction?
No, it is not required. Over 95% of our investors have used the "remote transaction" service.
In case of force majeure circumstances, we provide assistance and support to all investors under our guidance. If the investor is unable to continue paying the installment, there are several options:

How to transfer money?
